It was a fantastic two weeks at Mather Consulting! In this short space of time:
We worked with clients across ๐ณ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐: Financial Services, Education, Technology, Energy, and Retail and simply love adapting to meet the needs of every client.
We facilitated programmes for ๐ด๐ฌ+ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, many of whom we met for the first time!
We co-designed ๐ณ๐ถ๐-๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ-๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ experiences to develop capability and confidence in a range of areas:
- Leading through Uncertainty
- Change Leadership
- Building a ONE Team Mindset
- Influencing with Impact
- Business Partnering.
What we have enjoyed most is seeing people connect, learn together, grow in confidence and their AHAโs flowing. The feedback received from leaders and teams has been fantastic.
During this week, we launched a new Leadership Development Programme and are excited to support leaders on their journey through the programme.
