Being part of Human Synergistics NZ’s annual Leadership and Culture conference was fantastic. The range of incredible speakers who shared their insights and successes was inspirational. Core to this conference was the undeniable link between leadership, culture, and organisational performance, reminding us of the importance of understanding leadership and culture strengths and gaps and creating fit-for-purpose solutions to strengthen these to build sustainable business performance and growth.
