🔟 🙌 Ten years ago I made a pretty bold decision to set up Mather Consulting. I was leaving the amazing Organisational Development team at Fletcher Building for this new venture which has proved to be an incredible journey – even with some challenges to overcome. Is it time to pack away the toolkit? Absolutely NOT!  Even when the knees creek a bit 😊, I love what I do and am excited about new projects on the horizon.
What keeps us going is the absolute belief in people power and potential. I have seen first-hand what is achieved when empowering people to be their best individually and collectively. The impacts are real and tangible!  I am grateful for all the opportunities to work alongside many great organisations to make a positive difference to team performance, culture, leadership capability.
