Here’s a quick activity that we get teams to do, and you might want to give it a go too.
1. Give people time to 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, which are the three things they appreciate most.
2. Chat about it. This conversation immediately creates better insights about everyone on the team and creates more positive communication, discussion, and team relationships.
